Design Concept & Narrative
Designed by Planora Studio, The Amber Noir Residence is a refined exploration of modern minimalism enriched with tactile warmth. The vision was to craft a seamless sanctuary that balances bold, sculptural elements with soft, ambient tranquility.
By employing a curated palette of deep smoked oak, fluted timber, brushed metallic accents, and honed natural marble, the residence achieves a sophisticated atmosphere without relying on unnecessary ornamentation. Every space is meticulously orchestrated to enhance spatial fluidity, allowing natural and warm artificial light to contour the geometric forms throughout the home.

Spatial Highlights
1. The Living & Lounge Pavilion
The heart of the residence revolves around an open-plan living environment defined by clean lines and subtle architectural transitions. Dark charcoal feature walls anchor the media zone, complemented by floating walnut joinery and integrated linear lighting. Framed reeded glass partitions maintain an acoustic buffer while allowing visual transparency across the adjacent dining room, cultivating a grand sense of expanse.
2. The Culinary & Dining Hub
Designed for both intimate family rituals and effortless entertaining, the kitchen and dining areas showcase monolithic craftsmanship. A sculptural, dark stone island with fluted timber base detailing stands as the focal centerpiece. Seamless floor-to-ceiling cabinetry conceals state-of-the-art appliances, maintaining a ultra-clean profile. Modern suspended geometric light fixtures float gracefully above the dining table, establishing an architectural anchor within the space.

3. The Master Sanctuary
The master bedroom embodies a retreat-like aesthetic—a quiet haven designed to restore the senses. A plush, charcoal upholstered bed rests against a textured feature wall, flanked by warm ambient backlight LED channels and minimalist glass pendants. Adjacent to the sleeping area, tinted glass-fronted wardrobes with interior soft-strip lighting offer a luxury boutique-inspired dressing experience.
4. The Spa-Inspired Bath Suites
Enveloped entirely in tactile grey marble-effect stone surfaces, the primary bathroom embraces a restorative, spa-like sanctuary. Featuring an arched feature niche with herringbone tilework, a freestanding bathtub, concealed ambient lighting strips, and dark matte hardware, every detail contributes to an atmosphere of quiet luxury and absolute relaxation.
