1. About Us

Planora Studio is an interior design and renovation company providing residential, commercial, and office interior solutions, including design consultation, space planning, project management, and execution services.

2. Scope of Services

  • All services will be provided based on a mutually agreed proposal or contract.
  • Project timelines, deliverables, and pricing will be clearly defined before work begins.
  • Any additional work requested beyond the agreed scope may result in extra charges.
  • Design concepts, drawings, and 3D renders remain the intellectual property of Planora Studio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Quotations and Payments

  • All quotations are valid for [7/15/30] days from the issue date unless stated otherwise.
  • A deposit (usually 30%–50%) is required before starting the project.
  • Payment schedules will be outlined in the contract.
  • Delayed payments may result in work suspension.
  • All payments are non-refundable once materials are purchased or work has commenced.

4. Project Timeline

  • Estimated completion dates are provided in good faith.
  • Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (material shortages, supplier delays, client changes, force majeure, etc.) are not the responsibility of Planora Studio.
  • Client-requested design modifications may extend the project timeline.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate information and timely approvals.
  • Ensure site access during agreed working hours.
  • Obtain necessary building permissions if required (unless otherwise agreed).
  • Clear the workspace before project commencement.

6. Materials and Finishes

  • Material selections must be approved by the client.
  • Availability of materials may vary; substitutions of equal quality may be made with client approval.
  • Natural materials may have slight variations in color, texture, or pattern.

7. Warranty and Liability

  • We provide a limited workmanship warranty of [insert period, e.g., 6–12 months].
  • Warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, water leakage, structural issues, or third-party modifications.
  • Planora Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, concepts, mood boards, 3D visualizations, and related materials created by Planora Studio remain our intellectual property unless full payment is received and ownership is transferred in writing.

9. Cancellation Policy

  • If the client cancels the project after work has started, payments made up to that point are non-refundable.
  • Any materials already purchased will be charged to the client.
  • Planora Studio reserves the right to terminate the agreement in case of breach of contract or non-payment.
